W. Grant Martin is the President of Axis Measurement, a business his family has owned and operated for over 30 years. His journey with Axis began at a young age, spending summers assembling orders for customers. Passionate about solving industry challenges, Grant focuses on strategy and empowering his team.
Grant graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin in 2015 with a B.B.A. in Energy Finance. He was also a four-year letter winner on the Longhorn Baseball Team, making an appearance in Omaha in 2014. After graduation, he rejoined his family’s business and gained experience starting and running other manufacturing businesses that serve the oilfield sector, including co-founding Repeat Precision in 2017.
In his spare time, Grant enjoys fishing, skiing, golfing, and staying active, all while maintaining strong ties to the UT community.
